All filter orders are shipped via UPS, unless other arrangments are agreed upon by both parties, and such arrangements are made prior to your order. Discounts are available on filters when purchased in quantities greater than ten units. Please contact us at for specific information and price quote. Discounts will NOT be quoted over the phone. Items sold at discounted prices are not bound by our 30 day refund policy. Prices are quoted on quantity requested, and are valid ONLY for that quantity. Dealer samples and/or orders for less than quoted quantity will be billed at full advertised retail price.

If you choose, you can cancel your order before it is shipped for a full refund. However, we require that order cancellations be done over the telephone. In the event that an order has been shipped and you still wish to cancel the order, you can refuse delivery of the shipment and have it returned to us. Once we recieve the package, we will issue a refund, minus the shipping charges. Packages returned to Sage Earth Sciences, Inc. due to delivery refusal or undeliverable address will be immediately refunded for the cost of merchandise only. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.
We will not be held liable for items damaged during shipment and highly recommend the buyer purchase shipping insurance for this item. If merchandize shipped by UPS is received damaged, follow the instructions below:
1. Write "Damaged Goods" on all delivery receipts.
2. Notify your local UPS customer service representative and follow instructions furnished by them.
3. UPS will handle your claim. You may contact us for assistance, however DO NOT return your package to us.
Any merchandise returned for any reason, must be received in the same condition as it was shipped. That is it must be in 100% resalable condition with all product packaging. If merchandise, that has delivered beyond 30 days, is returned to us, we will promptly ship it back to you and charge you for return shipping! Follow the instructions below for all returns:
1. Repack the item carefully.
2. Include a copy of your sales receipt and a note indicating your reason for return and instructions as what you would like us to do (i.e. - Refund, Exchange*, etc.) with your package. If you paid via credit card please be sure to enclose your card number, expiration date and the name (as it appears on the card) with your return so we can ensure quick and accurate processing.
3. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods at the delivery address. NO EXCEPTIONS!
